"Because he didn't ask the full question, he just asked the part that was relevant to his cause: Is mobtagging illigal? the answer is NO, it's not, because you can't "protect" yourself against it in the outside world where you can happily be killing something, get in over your head and some friendly person comes by and heals you. If it was, you could run around griefing people by being helpful.
January 7th, 2009 at 21:51:37 If Athene asked the correct question, which is "Is mobtagging in instance illigal?" then the answer would had been a resounding YES because there are no strangers passing by to "accidentally" heal you. He joins a group, goes into the instance, leaves the group, tags the mobs, the group kills them, cashin over 20k XP pr mob and gets invited in before he is teleported. He is getting a dispropionate amount of XP for something he would never be able to do alone and never was intended to do alone.
January 7th, 2009 at 22:14:36 Well, i've taken this video to discuss with some of my close buddies in a wow raid guild, and it turned out that athena was somehow exploiting with this video, not only on the method to get to lvl 80, but also on the very video that he has done to show to everyone that he was right. One of the comments about this was very interesting. Quoting him with his permission on the next comment.
January 7th, 2009 at 22:37:35 BLIZZARD = Legendary Fail. I cant believe BLIZZ banned you after you was told that it was legel. BUT When you said the time you play & spent on ya toon is only pixels, I have to disagree. WHY I say that is people spend money to play and to be banned for a unknown reason is utter crap. I mean you should not have been banned and should be able to continue playing your toon. I think BLIZZ fucked up and there way of covering up themselves is to ban someone for a un known purpose.GREAT vid and grats.
