January 8th, 2009 at 16:16:14 excuse the late reply XD anywho, this movie is based off a play which was based off a short educational video that was made during the 30's. the program was also called reefer madness and it showed all these young kids smoking m.j. and killing each other - the programs purpose was to discourage kids from smoking m.j. a while later some1 thought the gov. program was rubbish so they made a satirical play, after that someone thought the play would make a good movie and decided to make it happen.
