Well its not really a movie its a documentary and history of marijuana from how it came to be known,to todays info of marijuana and how it got popular and politics about marijuana. Well the green smoke looks like it was edited to this music video cause in the movies its just regular smoke color as you see in some parts of this video theres like old times clips like if it was in the 50's. Those are part of reefer madness. by the way GREAT VIDEO!
