January 5th, 2009 at 22:30:06 Well it's a little hard to jump out in mid-air
January 5th, 2009 at 22:53:05 this vid is cool but on alot of the crashes seems like they were set up like test crashes because on alot of the crashes the pilot just stayed in the cockpit. and take the vid out of slowmo that was a stuiped idea and its all in black and white ): 3/5

January 6th, 2009 at 05:23:48 oit good vido I guess But sorry music
January 6th, 2009 at 05:46:47 I'm not a pilot but I've sat in the 2nd seat for a lot of hours as a passenger. This is about a million times harder than you guys that are cutting this down think. Lining up for a landing on a ship, possibly pitching unpredictably in the high seas with the balls to push the throttle to the firewall in case you miss the wires and have to touch and go. That's now with the diagonal landing deck. WW2straight decks no 2nd chance and into the barrier you went like the f4u in the 2nd to last clip
January 6th, 2009 at 06:09:46 i'd hate to be the next guy in line to land if i was low on fuel, maybe the deck gets cleaned up in a hurry...
January 6th, 2009 at 06:32:45 well...that's one way to land a plane. seriously...navy pilots are pretty damn good.
January 6th, 2009 at 06:55:44 Hello,my name is Rick and i work for the air- force. I currently fly some F/A 18 Hornet.I have attempted a few carrier landings and it is NOT easy.I am currently studying Air to Air Refueling.Carrier landings are intense, you have to make shure your high enough or if you are to low while trying to line up with the carriers runway. You also have to check the speed.
January 6th, 2009 at 07:18:43 it hard to land
January 6th, 2009 at 07:41:42 Dogmeat7, Yeah, your right, I understand that it's tough to land those planes and I feel for them pilots. I was just messin' around, sorry bro!
