January 7th, 2009 at 23:42:13 I just feel really sorry for the roommate...he was just an innocent victum in the whole thing and they say he was on the phone with his wife, when the boy lured him back in the house and shot him and reloaded and shot him and reloaded and shot him...a total of 7 times the kid had to reload...that was why the cops wanted to Try him as an adult...small town cops don't always do everything by the book....because the crime rate especially for murder by 8 year olds is very low...
