She taught me (and still is)the essential of being a woman of God, a minister, a preacher, a servant, a singer, leader and all of these through HOLINESS! Thak GOo for Professor Stevenson... January 6th, 2009 at 23:42:30 We just had a Great and Powerful choir rehearsal today with Professor Stevenson in Little Rock, Arkansas at Bishop Walker's Church!!! She ministered and we shouted about 10 minutes, waited on the lord and then went back into choir rehearsal LOL!

It was only recently that I learned that there were other pentecostals out there who also tarry and shout. COGIC is by far the largest Pentecostal group in the states, but others do exist. Be very careful how you word your compliments to COGIC, some people just wait for the opportunity to dispute our comments in their attempt to advertise their church on COGIC webpages and videos. January 7th, 2009 at 02:23:23 Yes Professor Stevenson is also my mentor and musical guidance here in Los Angeles. She has literally taught me everything I know about Gospel music along w. my grandmother, Clara Ward lol (Dr. Thompson). I was here this opening tuesday morning of Convocation. Becuz Professor is so down to earth I always did not realize the POWER of the anointing that rests on her. It wasnt until I actually experienced this that I realized how much of an influence she is not just to me but to the entire world!!

She is as real as they come - and the COGIC may never truly know how blessed and privileged they are to have her. And while she is DEFINITELY an individual, its difficult NOT to see the mantle of Dr. Mattie Moss Clark that rest upon her shoulders. Thank God for the message of Holiness & Excellence!
